Caradh wins Silver Medal in Denmark Caradh O’Donovan made a successful return to competitive action winning a silver medal in Denmark last Saturday. The Ishoj Karate Cup took place from 21-23 February and was the first competition for Caradh since a serious leg injury which saw her sidelined for eleven months.  Competing alongside other members from her club, the Irish Kenpo Karate Union, this event was targeted as a warm up for the Senior EKF European Championships taking place in Baku next month.
